I loved this book because it's so true about Sanibel...you are reminded about life is really about... LIVING life to its fullest.
I was surprised by this book. I enjoyed learning more about the island and fishing. But even more enjoyed the humanity it exposed
When I first started reading this book I didn't think I would like it but because it was one of my book clubs selections I had not choice! I am so happy I read it, there were many laugh and just as many tears. And now I know you do not just throw a baited hook in the water and expect to catch the fish!
I liked the story, but I did not like all the fishing stories. I read this book for a book club I am in. We are planning to visit Sanibel as a group and I thought we would learn more about Sanibel. Like I said I did like the story, but wanted to learn more about Sanibel.
